The TransGrid Gate Make Safe Program involved managing regional resources to effectively visit and make-good gates and barriers at 170 TransGrid sites across New South Wales. Each gate required a bespoke solution to ensure safe, operational use with no disturbance to the day-to-day operations of each facility. This project involved varied sites from large metro substations to highly isolated and remote repeater stations.
