In a Joint Venture with Lloyd Group, Brisull Industries was consulted to carry out the project management of the new Tesla Motors debut showroom in Australia. Using the core of the previous Motor Vehicle showroom, Tesla introduced their American Technology into Australia, which is revolutionising the world. The 2500 m2 Office Fit-out and Workshop included:

• Pre-construction meetings with the client to assist with advising design teams on material selection, value engineering services and scheduling.
• Full fit-out of a base building to include basement carparking, vehicle showroom and upstairs office space.
• Upgrading of local infrastructure to support Tesla vehicle supercharging stations.
