SAI Global are a publicly listed company that provide information services and solutions, helping companies manage risk, achieve compliance and drive business improvement.
SAI Global engaged us to manage their total office fit out for their new Sydney Headquarters office.

Their objective was to motivate employees with a new, attractive office and increase business efficiencies with a workspace highly tailored to their needs.

Our strategic turnkey solution involved;
• Assisting in finding new premises (with beautiful Sydney views and sufficient space to accommodate business needs)
• Lease negotiation
• Architectural and services design
• Provision of building approvals
• Construction of 3600m2 office fit out
• Consolidating 6 floors to 2 floors (“A Grade” building)
• Make good of previous fit out
• Relocation of 360 staff to new office.

The project was completed over 12 weeks, on time and within budget. It was a seamless transition, with all 360 employees relocated over one weekend.
