SAI Global are a publicly listed company that provide information services and solutions, helping companies manage risk, achieve compliance and drive business improvement.

As a long-standing partner to SAI Global, we were engaged to deliver an interstate office fit out, involving the complex merger of multiple offices into one ideal space.

SAI’s objective was for an office environment that better suited their ‘client-facing’ business needs and enabled a more cohesive working environment for their employees.

Our end-to-end tasks involved;
- Sourcing new space
- Stripping out existing tenancy
- Integrating new services
- Full fit out
- Relocating office (86 employees)

Working with Architects Davenport Campbell, Engineers NDY and Principal Contractor FDC, the new space, which demanded a complete 1000m2 design and construct, was transformed from 2 separate floors into 1, allowing an open plan working area and client facing reception.

The project was delivered on time and under budget, accomplishing yet another successful fit out for SAI Global.
