Brisull Industries was engaged to complete a full design and construct, turn-key development. This project including gaining all the necessary approvals, infrastructure upgrades, architectural, civil, structural and fuel system design co-ordination through to building and completion for handover to Pearl Energy. The site presented challenges as an integrated development with constraints on nearly all facets of planning. Through careful co-ordination of design, Brisull was able to secure approval for the site, secure funding for the project and commence construction.

The construction involved significant civil and earthworks to create a natural bio-retention basin and swale system, ensuring rainfall is managed and treated before leaving the site. It is also required install of two underground fuel storage tanks, an oil-water separator tank, four fuel dispensers, 200 square-meter convenience store and approximately 1200 square meters of concrete hardstand.
