Scope of Works:

  • Carry out Risk Assessment and provide SWMS prior to commencement of works. 
  • Notify personnel in area of works to be undertaken. 
  • Works to be carried out during normal business hours. 
  • Clean area and remove associated rubbish. 

Canteen Roof

  • Provide high pressure jet blasting to clean existing membrane surface. 
  • Provide Waterproofing contractor to install 2x Vents & patch repairs within existing Membrane roof area including base of ladder. 
  • Install new sarking foil insulation to perforated aluminium façade & clad with new colorbond sheet flashings. New flashings to lap over the existing membrane turn up at parapet wall.
  • Install additional step flashing & hoods at A/C ducting sewer vent penetrations. 
  • Core hole through concrete roof of canteen area & exterior façade of building to provide new truflo rainwater overflow outlet with debris guard. Waterproofing membrane to be resealed to lap into new rainwater outlet. 
  • Overflow outlet pipework to be fixed within ceiling space of canteen discharging through exterior façade of building via vermin proof flap.

Staff office & Air Plenum Roof

  • Provide high pressure jet blasting to clean existing membrane surface. 
  • Provide Waterproofing contractor to install Vents & patch repairs within existing Membrane roof area. 
  • Install new sarking foil insulation to perforated aluminium façade & clad with new colorbond sheet flashings. New flashings to lap over the existing membrane turn up at internals wall. 
  • Install additional step flashing & hoods at A/C ducting sewer vent penetrations. 
  • Core hole through concrete roof of staff office area to provide new truflo rainwater outlet with debris guard. Waterproofing membrane to be resealed to lap into new rainwater outlet. 
  • Rainwater outlet pipework to be fixed within ceiling space of staff office discharging into existing downpipe. 
  • Provide additional angle flashing surrounding Air conditioning penetration within Air plenum & seal using a cementitious waterproofing substrate.
