Rob is the Founder and Managing Director of Brisull Industries and has 30 years experience in accommodation, shopping centre, hotel, high-rise and commercial office building projects. Rob has worked on projects up to $100M and continues to use his extensive knowledge and proactive nature to consult to and Chair boards of several construction and related companies.
Rob personally oversees every project at Brisull Industries.
Shannon is the Operations Manager at Brisull Industries and brings 20 years of construction experience to his role. Known in the industry as an excellent operator, his ‘can-do’ attitude has led him to successfully deliver projects for a wide range of industries, both local and regional, for Government and Private Sector as well as International clients.
Callum joined the team in March 2018 as a graduate project engineer. Throughout university he has had a keen interest in large scale civil projects whilst developing his skills within various commercial and high rise developments through different work experience placements. Callum has managed to build strong relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients making him an all-rounded asset to Brisull.

Adam is our Site Manager and brings over 18 years of construction experience to his role. Adam has exceptional leadership, coordination and supervision skills and is a key player in ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.
